Cant find how to configure servers

i have a 1.45 server downloaded from sincenow.com .. i have a working client as well .. I can connect the client to my server .. but my problem is ..

how do I edit the exp rate and drop rate , cant get any gold from monster i killed .. i found a forum discussing on how to change it but after reading it .. i only got confuse .. the instructions were not clear , could anyone create a guide / steps on how to configure the exp / and drop rate , a guide that could be understand by a noob .. specially one who can only read english and not some other langauge ?? plssss ... tnx ....
