IP banning in iRose arcturus.

I was wondering if it's possible to IP ban in irose arcturus. If so I would like to know how.
I would like to prevent banned users coming back on other accounds. ;(

Also I wonder if it's possible to easy get the last IP and/or registered from accounts.

u can ban the account in gameserver also u can bann one person in ur sql server (seven_ora)changing the range to o.
and in game sever u can see the ip of the people playing
" sho_log"

yeah you can. You have to make a text file in the directory of login server. It needs to be called ipban.txt

@kiorochi thanks for replying, but in the gameserver (SHO_GS right?) all I can see is user count and max users in every map. At the blue field I dont get any logs from people who are logging in. Also I checked all user tabs of SHO_LOG but I dont find any IP.

Yeah because you have to put the IP's in a certain way, which I don't remember how at this moment.

Ah too bad, if anyone knows please post it. :)

I'm searching through google the answer, (Even tried to download SHO files from other websites with some hope the ipban.txt is already added.) But no luck for so far...

the file needs to have the start ip range end ip range, one range per line, an example :

this bans the whole 127.0.* ip range
127.0.0.1 127.0.255.255

to ban 1 ip :

192.168.0.1 192.168.0.1

But I'm still able to login on the banned IP. :(

I'm also still searching an easy way to find the IP's, the only part I can see them is after they login, but when they choosed a channel+world their IP is gone again.

I'm using beethink ip blocker now. Works fine, only getting the IP's is the problem

their IP is stored in the log database, you just need to find their log.

I found it thanks, it's in the GS_ItemLog

127.0.0.1:255.255.255.255 this is an example if you use this one it will ban a lot of people including yourself.
