i dun know the username and pass? anyone can explain this? i was trying to connect to my external ip and it shows this..

use google for find a password ..put in google your model modem ...normaly nick=admin pass=admin this work in speedstream modem .use ggogle or modems forums and you will find.

Maybe your ISP know pasword,or your modem providers
