Costumes/EP3/EP4-Problem!

So First Of All Please Dont Start Saying That I Need To Use Search and What Ever i Was Searching For 10 Hours Already! and I Tryed To Do Anything To Fix This Problem...
Ok First Of All I Use v2.81 Repack Chumpy...
Second is i Use Balq GM-Tool...

GM- Tool Have Hip Hop / Agent / Water Etc... Costumes (But not EP4 Costumes) i send them and Cant See Them Ingame i Know i Need To Edit item.scp and cabal.dec and item.dec But its not Working Still Cant See.... if You Can Please Upload a Complete Item.Dec - Cabal.Dec or At Least Guide Me How to Do It ...

My Other Question is .. i did Everything Like Allocen and i want to know how can i get the EP4 Costumes/Faces-Hair-Colour Kits InGame.. there is no GM-Tool With Those Items ... :)
Please Answer Me :)

Ummm Yes I Think It Will, i will test it later :) Thanks For The Help but ithink its for ECH10 i need ECH11 Too :P

You need to make your Cabalmain.exe load the extra ECH files in order to be able to view the newer costumes/face & hair kits ingame, I'm pretty sure.

umm i made CabalMain.exe to Load The Man/Woman.11ECH but i cant see the EP3 Costumes like HipHop Agent Etc... and about the EP4 Costumes i dunno how to get them .. they dont apear on GM-Tool! Anyway thnx for trying :)

1. If you receive the item but cannot see it, this means that you are missing the files that have the item (ech, ebm ...). Check if you even have the man/woman11 files in your client.

2. If you send the item with GMTools, but nothing comes when you log in, this is connected with the enc/scp sync.

3. My experience showed that Balq`s tools are incomplete for some tasks, so you will need one or 2 more (check the forum) to be able to fully administrate your server.

Thank You Very Much :) :) :) I Think my Problem is 1 ;) and 2 togher :P but i dont udnersatnd.. i did everything perfect !! i hav ech man woman.11 in ym client i use client 2008 OGPLanet ... and i eddited the enc/scp files.. if u can give me some ready files ill be happy thank you ..!! ( i used the Allocen files) :P

balqs tool doesnt have the ep4 costume data, but you can still use it to send the item with only the item id, if you know it.

Hmmm i Tested EP4 And EP3 I Can See Them Now But When i Use I GET DC!! please heLP!! Also If i send Item with other GM-Tool and i press Recieve to take the item i get DC !! :) Thank YOu FOr HElping!

Make sure you added the items to your Item.ENC and synced it with Item.SCP, like what Truncho said.

Make sure it matches so it is able to load and you're able to receive the item you're trying to get.

but i dont undersatnd what u mean ..? how can i make them Match if they dont match ? and how can i know if they match :S sorry for my dumbish questions!!!

if in item.enc id its 1854(change kit) in item.scp have to be same id,or make it using ItemEdit.exe Link : ItemEdit.exe
