I don't think someone will make one... So don't waste your time here...
The Guilds of the past will work on windows 7 as well.
Its all in how you do it. I have made arc servers on many different PC's
And i do it basically like the tuts.
yes but all the tut that i found on the site is old and the files and videos in it is expired or cant be downloaded
that's what i request a new tut
just search for the arc files (no arc light or something(and with light I mean ripping of files)), I think you had to search on TheGodFather09 (as nick ofcourse) not sure if its the correct nick and / or I typed it correctly.
Raven Release New files and they are the best ones out.
