Removing item from storage - The item cannot be withdrawn ?

Hello ,
I downloaded Spice waffles Web and it fully worked,

when buying something from the item shop it instantly goes into the storage of the logged on user

when I get in game and look at the storage , I find the item , so I click it to get it into the backpack , and a message saying " The Item cannot be withdrawn " pops up ,

Help anyone ? ..

The Item ID's of those items need to be present in the Item.dbo table of your database.
