Hola necesito ayuda tengo dias tratando de crear un servidor pero a la hora de conectarme me dice que el servidor ha fallado :S alguno sabe porque?

Listo ya resolvi el problema, ahora tengo otro cuando voy a modificar el Tantraparam.tpa lo abro con excel pero me sale todo en gris :S les dejare una imagen

Ese param esta en .tpa buscate un param .xml
