[ASK] Tutorial editing DB.lpk from SAGAECO

I heard that we can edit DB.lpk using microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition, buat I'm confused about which step must I take.

I've tried using enviroment C#, but it ended as failure (error).
So are there anybody can tel me how to open and edit the DB.lpk files?
