Changeing aggresion Range.
I have been editing and plying my Perfect world and its been great, but i have run into a problem.
I can't change the aggression range of monsters. I have changed the value of line 55 in the element file for both the client and server, but there is no difference, the monster doesn't attack me at a greator distance. I have turned on the monsters aggresion, for a monster that wasn't origonally aggresive, but it still attacks at the same range as all the other monsters. Seems like line 55 doesn't do anything, there has to be somewhere else to edit aggresion range.
I am really bored with one on one encounters, i want to fight a bunch at one time, please help.
Re: Changeing aggresion Range.
I decided to wait 'till I had a better idea of what I was doing before I attempted to make monsters have more aggression at a much greater distance. I have done a little fishing around and I managed to rule out some things. Obviously the distance at which a monster decides to engage your character isn't within the aipolocy (an option I had originally considered, until I opened it and found that was obviously wrong). It also isn't line 55, that determines the distance the monster will chase your character if you decide to run. This leaves me with few other thing to test. In list 38, Lines 49, 50, 51, 53, 54, 57, 58, 59. I have a hunch that its lines 53 and 54. If any of you have an idea of what these fields do could you tell me before I waste my time testing?
Re: Changeing aggresion Range.
I would suggest looking at the Chrono mobs, as they are very pack aggressive from a decent distance.

Re: Changeing aggresion Range.
Thank for telling me the field, but through testin i figured it out.
I still have a problem, the maximum agreasion range seems really low, like 9 or something. I can put in a huge number, like 900, and The monsters are still way to tame!!!
(Any idea what field 29 is for?)
Re: Changeing aggresion Range.
Yes, but i think you will figure it out by yourself
Re: Changeing aggresion Range.
I really haven't ben able to figure out waht line 29 is for. I have tested but nothing seems to happen.
