What this do is create a set effect usually done with a same family of gears body, pants, legs, arms, cloak, head and accessories. It creates bonus stats say if you have 2 pc of them worn (look at Romu's ss, Property ID (2) Items) up to 6 items.

The last entry is very interesting, it will add a graphics effect if you completely wear the set.
