it depends on propItem.txt.txt and propMover.txt.txt
maybe use propitem and propmover of EFLYFF to make your project Default when it comes to exact names (match cases)
Well, im making a GM tool, so i need all the server monsters and stuff. Like you see on the Rocknetwork tool, when you look at the monster ID it gives you: '21 Aibatt' i need a list where i can get all v16 monsters with their ID's :D Same with the items. Thanks

I don't think it's possible to do it with those versions. Why? Because most people who add those items will do with their own IDs and names for them. There's no official release of a v16/17 server so I would leave those behind.
