i guess its to make sure ppl are active and actually use the forum, instead of some advertiser that joins just to spam everyone about something
Seriously, you cant make 15 posts! If you cannot make 15 useful posts in 2 years then you are obviously just leeching content from here. You can easily make 15 useful posts just by helping other members when they ask simple questions.
Also how can you actually know someone to pm if you never post anything here?
