Re: My noip redirects to my routers page
i want to create a server, and a website.
i cant do both, because when i type mynoip.com, its redirects to my routers page.
same happens when i use the laucher with mynoip.com, redirects to my router
how can i solve this problem?
Re: My noip redirects to my routers page
use xampp 1.7.1 version
then put all your website files on
xampp folder/httdocs
then open your no-ip ducs ..
then make sure you use your no-ip domain
Re: My noip redirects to my routers page
First you should use xampp.
And concerning your ip... I got the same routers you have and I can say it give up of opening it to the public. The providers block the http ports.
You may access it as http://localhost but you can't open to the public.
Get a domain and a dedicated server if you want people to access it as well.
Re: My noip redirects to my routers page
it doesnt matter what kind of webserver you use...
any will do but yea xampp is easiest to setup
you need to redirect port 80(HTTP) TCP to your local network

Yes, its all about the redirects here;
Since you are using the default post (80) for the webconfig of the router, thats the page NOIP will see.
Change the default port to WEBCONFIG in the router to: 8080, then redirect port 80 to Your server behind the router.
I hope I made any sense?
