can you give me gm commands like making items? server is season 6 ep 1 by titan tech. thanks in advance

0= Item group (sword) (read item(New).txt)
22 = Item sub-index (boneblade) ( read item(New).txt)
13 = Level (from 0 to 13)
1 = Skill (0 or 1)
1 = Luck (0 or 1)
7 = Option (0 to 7)
63 = Excellent option (FULL OPT)
