Officially unveiled today at Sony's E3 Presser and will be out Q4 2011.

Looks pretty interactive ;D Never been into consoles, but this seems to be worth the money.

Gonna get it regardless - love portables and consoles when there's nothing else to do, just lounging about lazily on a plush couch... :)
