How long does it take for nexon to unban a character?

Well I was just wondering how long it takes for nexon to unban a character if they were banned by mistake. I submited a ticket about
5/23/2011 and now its 6/7/2011 and yet its still a "Work in progress" status . Anyone got an estimated time when they unban people:grr:

Lmao they banned me by mistake forever. So I guess they will never get back to my ticket:*:

When you say 'By mistake' -- what were you doing that would trigger a ban?

is a very good question^ they don't ban for no reason...

My quickest ticket reply from Nexon was about 3 months. Don't get your hopes up. :thumbup1:

QUICKEST? wow, i lodged a ticket... like.. mayb 2 years ago? when my account got hacked, still no reply, so i made a new account and already did better in it than my last one, but i miss my character names D:

Yeah... they take forever. If it's a temp. ban, it's highly unlikely that you'll be unbanned via submitting a ticket before your ban is lifted automatically.

I bought legit chaos scrolls from a guy in FM. When I saw the update on the exploit they said to drop your scrolls so I didn't bother since mine were legit but yet I still got banned :thumbdown:

I'm guessing that there was no way they could tell if the scrolls/items you had were "legit" or not....sooo I think you're stuck here :\

Well I dropped my scrolls and still got banned, so doesn't matter. And yeah, no response yet.

If they deny your ban appeal, do you expect them to inform you? They simply never respond, if you're not an NX user.

My friend got his account, that had been permabanned for about 2 years, unbanned after sending a ticket saying something intelligent about buying 50k NX if he got his account back. I don't remember how long it took but he got it back eventually. He ended up buying only around 10k NX and quit a few weeks later. This happened in 2009 i believe.

I know someone that had a legit lvl 200 on GMS, and was permed because she hacked on other accounts but her IP was used to ban all accounts she used... Did not get her account back after posting a ticket...
