LoL in A3 Server Folder thr is 1 file Name Drive C Xtract it in Drive See n go in Clan Folder n Double click on MkDir.exe
Then Try 100 % it work

This error is coming in a running server... i Just restarted the Pc n after tht its not working.....
Try deleting whole server (Taking back ups of server ) and Copy whole-thing again this might solve just a try you can give
your antivirus might have deleted some files in clan folder try replacing the c drive folders.
A3ClanNameTable_24,INI_A3ClanNameTable_24, A3ClanNameTable_0, A3ClanNameTable_242 make sure these file are there in clan folder
Tryed Replacing all files.... Then to didnt work .
It worked after deleting all files from C drive . And added new files .
