I'm going with Dynasty Warriors and The Elder Scrolls.
Final Fantasy 7 and Oblivion series.
The Darkness had some decent music, enjoyed most of mass effect 1 & 2 soundtracks. Quake II soundtrack by sonic mayhem is also quite good.
Dragon Age Series.
EDIT: And particularly this one track from Final Fantasy 11.
I could listen to this going to sleep every night.
