better to use your LAN IP
than local host IP
to see your LAn IP
go to start -> RUN -> typ CMD -> type again IPCONFIG
then look for your LAN IP
then use it as your server IP
then TEST ,,,,
All IPs 127.0.0.1
In dataserver is without dots (so 127 0 0 1 255), where 255 is length.
In Connectserver, client main.exe and client launcher use Local IP (Like tutero showed).
i cant fix this problem please help
i have the same problem. I have hosted my server on vps and none can connect. please help!!!

you should use IP of your VPS on your client main.exe ,,, >:<

same problem allways gs give 127.0.0.1 connect than disconnect but gs working but its make lag or bug like 12 hours later
maybe change Service pack of ur OS it could help.
windows xp sp2 that is the best that i will recommend to you.....
what is the version of your server???

did u tried changing ur OS Service pack also installing maybe visual C++ ?
