Character Starting items?

Hi. I would like to know is it possible to change character starting items? I mean when you make new character so i would like to change items u can choose...

In Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express, open up:
GunzDB -> Programmability -> Stored Procedures -> dbo.spInsertChar -> Right Mouse click -> modify.
