Duke Shout, translation

Hi, i need translate "Duke Shout Let It be...."

how i do that? what file is..

I know of two places that you can find "in game dialog" (so far):

1) aipolicy

2) http://forum.ragezone.com/f452/map-n...ml#post6062216

Client -> interfaces\ingame.stf
Server -> /PWServer/gamed/config/aipolicy.data

Btw dunno why there is an aipolicy.data on client side cuz it's useless because the server side do all the work.

Lol, i just removed duke. Couldn't stand his nonsense.

i would like to "modify" what duke says, can i edit these files with notepad++ or is there a special editor i should use? i could have a lot of fun with my players by doing this :lol:
