Its not UI.dat that loads these, its the ITEM.enc, have a look at it using the templates, and even the guide by SpeedDevil will help you understand how to edit what "images" get loaded.
I've seen someone with the same problem. In his case his (wo)man.ech included extra items which changed silk. Give these a try: echs1.rarQuote:
