About /suicde & Respawn

I'm using phoenix's Repack3

Question1: anyone know how can I change the respawn time to 5secs?
Its always at 3seconds


Question2: How can I "prolong" the Death when I enter /suicide
everytime I type /suicide, my character die Immediately
