GTA: San Andreas gets a new rating!

ESRB has changed the rating for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas to AO, Adults Only.

Several retailers in the united states, including Wal-Mart and Target do not sell AO games, and sales for this quarter on the game are expected to drop.

RockStar is developing a new version of the game that will not have the "modified against the EULA" hot coffee "game code edit and adittion."

RockStar has yet to admit putting the hot coffee code into San Andreas, however a spokesperson from the company has stated they may seek legal action against companies like GameShark and Action Replay that enable the use of this content (whos the stupid idiot that thought of that idea.) (theyre only wanting money from GS and AR to replace the money their gonna lose from sales)

lol there is a min game of this all over the net...

that hotcoffee thing ruined the sales...

So ppl don't have a problem with having their kids killing innocent ppl in a game but have a problem with a sex scene.

Exactly... this has been an issue for years.

Parents (of course not all) let their kids play shoot 'em ups, watch gory movies, and the like, but catch the kid with a playboy.. Blasphemy!

Well i think this isnt fair. They always hated gta Games beacuse of the killing ppl and everything else. This was just a good time for them to go after them. Whats really so stupid about this is the parents should be smart enough to know what there kids are playing. Since Now days any mature game you get ID on means that a older person had to buy. Which is most likely to be the parent. The rateing was allready mature so kids shouldnt be playing any ways. I mean its allready mature why should it go to Adult... You have to download and mode Hotcoffie to make it so " Adult". Rockstar obviously didn't mean to have this in the game but yet there being blamed. Its really the hackers fault for finding the code that they left turn off. Thats just what I think,

This one store didnt let me buy it cuz i was 15 and it was 17 or older. So I went to another store and they didnt say anything :p

Yea ppl still think of games as kid crap. I mean movies was the same way. Here soon I hope games are more judge as a movie/art then a lil kid thing.
