well in my server have a skills bar
and there's others servers
like offical have a new skills bar
how i can get this bar?
what pck i need to edit in
i think perfect world can edit in it skills bar
if not then no need to answer cuz my Q about jade dynasty skills bar xD

Well i know that the image of the bar is in surfaces.pck and the arrangment in interfaces.pck, try opening them with sPCK
Other than that I dont think I can offer much more help sorry...

Short story: No, you can't.
It's hardcoded into elementclient.exe. So unless you're good with a hex editor, you're not getting the bar.

That, and they have already obtained the authorization to post in this section, and have had it for almost as long as I can remember...
I think it would be cool to merge jd and pw section as they are super similar and then I guess there would be more people to develop and we might get more stuff done...
