FREEZING , if i will log-in??

i got problem:grr:

im using

SCF Server Files 10.09.12
Connect Server = Webzen
OS: Windows Server 2008 (64bit)
4GB DDRIII Memory
x3 Processor

my server running almost 1day
sometimes
WHEN I LOG-IN MY ACCOUNT WILL FREEZE
AND IT WON'T GO IN CHARACTER SELECTION
:?::?::?::?::?:
What's the Problem of this???

problem is you use SCF files...

uhm so what's your suggestion?? :?:

mostly scf servers has this problem, this can be server pc or client pc fault, but i think it is server files fault,
if you are using orginal premium files contact them for help!
