LOL seems you don't play the game and you want to do a server ... But i'll help you anyway by telling you it's a rank armor for earthguard ... Pretty easy to find the name on Perfect World Database after that.

You can easly try to add an armor in the gshop or a npc and then take it and wear it to see what armor is.

Omg too many noobs sometime on ragezone...
