Joinserver.exe and No ingame server

Hi. I have a problem with joinserver.ex
I checked ip in links file it's D:\MuServer\JoinServer\JoinServer.exe /p55970/192.168.1.99 /cp55557
in startup.ini ip's are correct.
but still..

Tried to change with another one joinserver.exe, nothing.


Also, i can enter in game, but there is no server for login.

Nothing... It's so annoying!
But, could you please, try to configure my server?
I don't know why i can't run it... :(
I tried and other versions, never could start it up... :(
