people are just lazy so they just come and beg for others to do the work for them ;) this is very common thing in the internet world...
Simple... You Need to make all the enc's synced with ur server side... or just make ur own enc's and put them... Langauge.enc is the main thing ! you need to make it language.dec and change ip to ur WAN Ip so taht players will be able to connect to ur server :) then make it back enc and put it in data folder etc.. :) very simple !:)
=)) not working like this locasimon you need your own cabalmains and dll files cuz cabalph have sorche launcher and not working if u just change the enc s ...
Maybe off-topic.. not sure... but I want to ask: Isn't it just easier to download the US version?

Same thing ... you must do yyour on pach not just edit the enc s if u edit langauge.enc on oficcial cabal this dosen t mean that works
I don't think our OP has even bothered to try stuff - or synch the server and the client - before posting here. Besides, there are enough tutorials on this as-is.
I atleast wouldn't bother with this one. Normally I'd help if I could, but this...
