i keep getting this error, i haven't gotten it before. i had this already set up on my computer before and it all worked but i accidently reformatted. Any ideas on why this is doing this?

Use another website and use xampp 1.7.1

Maybe it's a short tag issue (<=$data?>).
Enable short tags in your php.ini.
i've enabled it and it hasn't worked so i just deleted the website and used another
