is this a GM or the entire game with better graphics that are like IV?

This appears to be a GTA IV mod. A 1.11GB(If I read the screenshot correctly), very advanced, and supposedly very good mod.

Just checked the media section of the website, and had a lil peak at the screenshots & videos. Looks pretty awesome.
