want to know how to add a command for players ?

Not a clue when it comes to arc.
Hopefully somebody out there might be able to help.

You can't add a command without the sourcecode... Well, maybe you can with some pro ASM skills and a great understanding of the server files.

That, what i wrote, means to you: YOU can't add commands.

you could write a DLL wich enables client sided commands (like effect and noui).
