I would recommend 343's release it is stable and up to date
There's nothing 'up to date' for PW =/

The real life is not easy... When I firstly started with pw dev, I tought that with the press of a button I could have everything in my hands.
You must search for tutorials, and do the hard work. Don't expect someone to do it for you.
