Chaning lvl at mssql

Hello all, i have a problem
When I change at table charinfo, the caracter level with my server online it dont updates, but if the server is offline i change and i put it on the change does work...
wtf is going on? T_T i need for some reason edit level direct from mssql without using admtools, please someone help me :(:

That's one reason why you shouldn't touch the database directly. Where you logged out when you tried to change our level?
