My NPCserver and fieldserver error

everybody help me.
i attachments my log. everybody see and explaint my bug
my english is not good people to sympathize:grr:

before all , change the ip 127.0.0.1 in cfg by your network local ip (often 192.168.x.x)or by the ip of your hamachi system (if you use it)
