If you just added them with pwAdmin you need to ensure the mask is correct or you won't be able to equip it. (click and hold it and look to see what box lights up, if no box lights up then mask is definitely incorrect)

This number i have (33554432)in mask , same in elements.data (open with seledit).
This serial is wrong ? , or maybe in the interfaces i need the box to drop this headress ?
Fashion headgears don't work with our client. Maybe the feature is working on serverside but if you try to add it via pwAdmin you might crash you client cuz it doesn't support it.

You can however add them to the preset of a character by editing the .ini of the character preset.

I think you can also add them to the elements.data so you can select them at the character creation screen

I have noticed depending on what sELedit you use the list numbers vary slightly. Not sure why it is, just have to look for the title you want.
