Everything is explained in this forum abt how to configure and remove bugs and all.. if u are not able to do that then u are not worth having a server.. My suggestion-Try yourself

try the file in the above link there are well configured and very easy to set up ans zonedata is also mostly fixed if u have other problem then post your problem in this way you will learn also.
but b4 posting check the old post all minor bugs are almost discussed in the form and solved too
m using this only bt ... there r many prob like chars cnt wear set n teleport prob. n many more :| thats y told for zonedata

If u waste ur 2 - 2&half month to set a perfect Zonedata, Will u share with a player who dnt care abt ur Hardwork and will play just for fun ?

I know many spent time learning and writing guides, but my point was, no 1 will share his files, he have to config files himself.
bt u guys cn share... Atleast bug free.. Files.. I.e chars cnt wear all sets, n all ...
Tele bugs,, n many more...
