Whats the best technique for Editing the names of Skills & Items?

Hello guys. just wanna ask some serious questions regarding on editing or changing the names of skills and items of ran server.

** Item Editor ? -- Edit parent suit ?
** Decrypt ItemStrTable.txt -- Change the names using notepad

** Skill Editor ? -- Edit name
** Decrypt SkillStrTable.txt -- Change the names using notepad

Its up to you which one is the best technique to use but for me the best is the Decrypt xD
