It's pretty basic, are you new to this kinda shit? The background is decent though, the boxes where the text and pictures would be located don't really match though. I'd make them a darker colour from yellow on the strip at the top of them to make it match.
I was trying something new, like.. something I've never tried.
The colors fit well with the whole stuff,the backgrounds seems a bit blured. You should add a bit of lorem ipsum text so we can get a better view of the design itself. the nav links i think the hover or active buttons shouldn't be that yellow since its kinda of weird to read. but its nice what you have here.
The dark background looks bad with the light borders etc.

I like it, colours go well with each other, and there isn't any clashing as far as I'm aware.
This is nice mate. I would just suggest filling it out with a bit of content so we can see it as if its a working site. :)
