Simple Personality Quiz

Hi all. I was quite bored tonight, and thus went to go do things to make me slightly less bored. One way or another, I ended up looking for personality quizzes.
I found a few, and they were pretty 'meh'.

Random info about what the script is based on and why I made it:
One of the ones I found, I did like the premise of. It asked you 4 questions. If you were 'this' or 'that'. It gave you 9 different explanations per type (8 types), and you had to pick which one you were more like. Then it gave you your personality type.

So I got my personality type, and went to go look up more information on it. I found a great site that lists each type of personality type, and then gives a great article about what you are like, what you are good at, what you aren't so good at. It gives you some facts about the base personality types, and even tells you famous celebrities who shared that personality type.

What I ended up doing, once again, out of boredom, was essentially rewriting the original personality quiz.
The original quiz had 9 different comparisons for each personality type (ex. extroverted vs introverted). So, instead of just displaying this information and having it ask you which one you think you are, I split it up.
I split it up in to a total of 36 different two-choice questions (9 for each 'feature' [ex. introverted] of personality, 4 'features' of personality).

Since there are 9 questions per personality 'feature', then it was impossible to be tied between introverted and extroverted. One would always be a bit stronger than the other.
So, through some basic math and a lot of radio buttons, I created this personality quiz that asks you 36 questions about yourself. Answer them honestly, and hit the submit button. It will tell you your personality type and then link you to the specific information about it (on typelogic.com).

I found the results from this seemingly simple quiz to be astonishingly accurate. The page detailing my resulting personality type was quite correct in most aspects of what I am strong in, what I am weak in, and even what kind of careers I am interested in.

I'm not trying to spam you. I'm not trying to do anything along those lines. This script is mainly for people who are bored.
The main reason I am sharing it with you all today is so that the 30-45 minutes it took to write and perfect this script isn't completely wasted.

The script is written with a few languages.
PHP handles the results.
HTML and CSS handle displaying the form.
Javascript(jQuery) handles making sure the form doesn't submit until you complete all the questions.

It's not the prettiest script ever. It could probably be shortened in length(line-wise) without much trouble. Please remember I made it out of boredom, for fun, quickly, at around 1AM.

The attached zip contains the full script with required javascript. It should work on any web host that supports basic PHP, HTML, and Javascript.
