Possible to start Ace server on dedicated server?

Hello evrybody...
I want to start a Ace Online private server...and i want to buy a dedicate server....
Server:
Intel Dual Xeon E5405
8GB RAM
500GB HDD
10TB Traffic
Windows 2008 Standard SPLA 64-bit

Is ok..?
What i can buy...?

Depends if you can use a remote/ssh program. For example: PuTTY for Linux OS's.
