[Help]Auto Events More Than Once a Day
Just as the title states I am trying to make events that automatically launch twice a day, however I have tried several different things but have had no luck on getting the second time to launch.
I have created additional rows with original Triggers links but different times. Is there a way to add more than 1 Trigger link to the mob or is there something I am missing? Thanks in advance for any pointers.
Re: [Help]Auto Events More Than Once a Day
Dunno if you can have more than two triggers on the same mob. That's what you asked for?
Re: [Help]Auto Events More Than Once a Day
That was part of the question, yes. I am wanting to set up the same event at two different times to compensate for other time zone players. I have tried several different ways in the npcgen through the Triggers tab, however, I either get none to go or just the first one.
Re: [Help]Auto Events More Than Once a Day
yea I don't think you can do two trigger links for one mob... If you're looking to do two separate timed 'things' you'll have to create one set of mobs for the first 'timer' and another (even if they're going to be the same mobs) for the other 'timer'...
Re: [Help]Auto Events More Than Once a Day
Well that isn't what I wanted to hear, lol j/k. Well guess that will take a little bit seeing there isn't a row copy or export import function for npcgen. Thanks.
Re: [Help]Auto Events More Than Once a Day
Very easy to start the same event more than 1 time a day...
Create a mob i'ld use smthing like the exploding hands, give 'em a new aipolicy trigger, write a new aipolicy entry with the event trigger to start by on_monster_death
spawn the mob at the times u like the event to start - Xs (time of selfkill)
Make sure that the main event ends itself so it can be started aigain w/o GM using Close Monster Creator...

Well that sure is an interesting workaround...
