check ur ports ...
it probably have same server_ports...
sample: Session: 5203 Login: 5001 Field0: 5002 Field1(optional): 5003: Agent: 5004
see to it that each server have different ports ... to avoid that bind error ...

u can find it in you CFG ...
re-check also ur ODBC /database also .... if the setup is correct then .. its port problem ..;)
