Its a interface translation

I think the fonts are in the .dat files

Do I have to translate it to the latest number in my client folder? Or could I just leave it at the current filename?

You should just be able to drop it in and it work but i used thailands offical client not the repacked on by mr nickname.

I updated the official TH client, deleted all .pak's over 584 and use Fasa's 584.04 launcher to connect to my database.

If you copy the gameplay xml-files you should be able to make it look right.
