Quick register UberCMS template

Well, idk if this is the right section but I have an error in my Quick register, well two errors. One error is that the template doesn't load showed below:

And then When I click continue this happens:

Please comment and tell me if I'm doing something wrong, I'm using iJay's version(English) and idk. So please help it would be very appreciated, thanks!

For when this thread is moved, ensure both your web build is configure and you've got working CSS links, etc.
