Arena3 client and server files

well both me and Nocturnal agreed to release arena3 files on RZ since we see that alot of big servers like ours hare having lack of space to add monsters so we though why not be nice server admins and give you guys arena3 files :)

other info: no fenrir race tracks, no guildwarzone, no tournament arena(not the same as battlesoccer stadium)

Credits: petej282 for making arena2, me for extending his arena patch and Nocturnal for having 2 big servers that basicly needed bigger maps :P

pics (yes i know my terrainheight sux at this patch but i had little time when i made it but the area is big and you got space to many monsters)
