If you use the latest sEledit, you can export the latest pwi elements.data to 1.36 version, then export that to serverside. A lot easier than manually adding tideborn (which are already in our version of the elements data already), as well as Earthguard. All you'd have to do is copy the files from the official facedata to 343's facedata.pck (or whichever release you're using). Speaking from experience here, I added everything by hand, took me ages, and that was before I found the downgrade to 1.36 client/server function sEledit lol.
If you had done a search of the forums, you'd have found the thread by myself where I released the earthguard and headfashion (more new headfash has been released since then). Earthguard & Head Fash.
In answer to Crxfreak's question, yes you can add them to character selection, by inputting 203 in the class mask, but can cause crashing, so wouldn't recommend it. You also have to select the hairstyle, and the corresponding texture. There are also no surfaces for head fash in character selection, think you'd have to make your own.

Only problem if you do that, is you will lose all the stuff I added to my elements... So I would have to say (unless it has a 'merge') I could not (personally) recommend this...

anytime editing / updating elements you have to be careful to preserve what is in my elements since there is custom content in it... ;)

There is a "Join New Elements" option in sELedit, however you can't specify a specific section that I'm aware of.
