Close Thread For Member+

Hey MentaL.

I was wondering, as most mebers on RZ are Member+, can we have the "Close Thread" button on our own threads?

I've never had the close thread button... even on my own threads :L Checked everywhere can't find it.

no because members kept re-opening threads after mod closure.
