Try editing the mssqlserver in field Server to (local) and Start again

and if still no work reinstal sql,try to be logged as administrator and right-click on sql ''run as administrator'' cause i see you have windows 7...im not sure if this work but windows 7 request that in much programs to work fine.

try to reinstall then restart your computer.it will automatically start the sql server.

there Server: should be ur PC name for example mine is i got o computer > right click properties and it says KARLI-PC put urs.
