2 Servers Transfare! Error?:O

Okay so i have 2 Servers ... i want to Transfare my 2 Servers To Other WinScp (Other Centos) And Other DataBase... i Transfared /etc/cabal Folder... and /usr/bin and odb.ini...

Anywayz it all went good everything starts good Except the Chanels!
when i try to start a chanel i get error on Putty :

I Dont know what to do anymore i tried almost everything... Chmod 0777 is Okay too :S
